Hello!

Thanks so much for popping by. I'm Anna and I am the owner and creator of Purple Palindrome. I'm a professional photographer based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, though I love travelling and cover throughout the UK.

I like to photograph all that is good in life like smiles, laughter, joy, colour, creativity, light and rain (yes I love the rain!). I love photographing people and all the good and weirdly quirky things they do. So whether you are looking for a event coverage or team headshots, I'd love to be involved.

I started photography back in 2008  when I spontaneously booked onto a film photography nightclass. I then went on to study further and in 2011 I began working as a freelance photographer. 

​

In my spare time I like to read crime novels, bake and recently I started running. In September I ran my first 10k - something I never thought I would be able to do! I love the cinema and curry and my perfect evening would include the two. I also embark on personal photography projects and enjoy finding ways to be creative.
